Tunaranch - I loled. Witty, and I'm pleasantly surprised that anyone knew that semolina is made from durum wheat... same stuff of pasta.
Rhonda - Semolina takes me back to when I was growing up and Mum would always have a saucepan ready when I crawled out of bed in Winter. It's taking me a while to get through the semolina project but I'll post it as soon as I can!
